Elite Sisterhood, Inc., a nonprofit organization, is a female mentoring after-school program that prepares young ladies for post secondary options through the development of positive self-image, leadership, community service and peer mentoring. ESI gained its non-profit status in 2010 and currently services young ladies in grades 9 -12 in four counties: Fulton, Clayton, Henry and Atlanta Public Schools.

Christina Rogers, Co-Founder, Executive Director

Christina Rogers serves as Executive Director of ESI. She currently serves as an Instructional Coach in Atlanta Public Schools. Her commitment to education has earned her the Future Leadership Development Award from the NCTE (2004), the Future Teachers Award from the GCTE (2003), the All Grown Up, Inc. Community Service Award (2006) and Teacher of the Year (2007). Christina earned her Bachelor’s degree and her Master’s degree from Georgia State University. Christina is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the United Way Volunteer Involvement Program.  She advises the Teacher Advisory Panel for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation MET Project. Christina enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and children; Courtney, Rod, Jr., Christopher, Jaden, and Tyler Bobby.  Christina is married to Roderick Jermaine Rogers, Sr.





Autumn Brown, Program Director – Riverdale High School



Autumn Brown is currently serving as the Program Director for Elite Sisterhood, Inc. She is an educator at Thurgood Marshall Elementary School in Clayton County and a proud alumna of Georgia State University, with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology. She is one of Elite Sisterhood’s legacy members from Riverdale High School. During her senior year in ESI, Autumn served as the chapter’s Vice President. Autumn’s future goals are to obtain her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and to continue her service within her community through mentoring.
